China's internet lit up when a photo of billionaire actress Zhao Wei surfaced, allegedly showing her at a mobile phone shop, according to local media. It was only a few weeks ago when Zhao was mysteriously erased from the internet, censored by the Chinese government. CNN's Ivan Watson reports.
